Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Policy, Evly Pharma Cosmetics San. and Tic. A.S.’ye (“Evly”) belongs www.thepurestsolutions (“Site”) is prepared to inform Site visitors and order-making customers (“Buyer”) about the shipment and delivery of ordered products.

As a rule, Evly is responsible for the delivery of the product intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order. In addition, regarding the delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer and completed to be paid; the relevant provisions in the Distance Sale Agreement (“Contract”) signed between Evly and the Buyer remain valid.

 

Delivery Time

After sending the e-mail confirming the order to the Buyer, the product is given to the cargo company as soon as possible.

Delivery of the product; in the event that the stock of Evly is available and after payment has occurred, the delivery of the product becomes impossible to fulfill, provided that the delivery of the product is reserved, it is within 7 working days from the date the order was placed/approved of the order given by the Buyer.

 

From Buyer to Different Person/Address Delivery

The buyer may request that the product be delivered to a different person/organization during the order. If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the person/organization to be delivered is not in place, does not accept the delivery; it is not responsible for the damages and costs that may arise from the inaccuracy and/or lack of the delivery information provided by the Buyer (for example, extra shipping costs)

If the invoice address specified by the buyer is different from the delivery address; the Buyer agrees, declares and undertakes to pay an additional shipping fee for the delivery of the invoice to the relevant address.

 

Problems that May Occur During Delivery

As a rule, Evly cannot be held responsible for the failure to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer or to the authorized person/organization due to any problems that the cargo company will encounter in the delivery stage to the Buyer.

However, if the Buyer thinks that the package and/or the product in it is damaged (tear, break, crush, soak, etc.) at the time of delivery;

  • By not receiving the damaged packages, the cargo company officer has the right to keep a record of this (Status Detection or Damage Detection Record) and return.
  • If the cargo company officer believes that the package or the product in it is not damaged, the Buyer has the right to check the situation in person when the package is delivered and the goods are delivered by opening it next to the cargo authority, to have the cargo officer and to determine the situation with a record.

Termination of the Delivery Obligation of Evlyn

If for any reason the product fee is not paid by the Buyer or the payment made is canceled by the bank, Evly is deemed to be relieved of the obligation to deliver. 

However, in the cases under “Problems that May Occur During Delivery, the obligations of Buyer and Evlyta are clearly stated; in this case, Buyer and Evlynin reserve all kinds of demand rights from each other and from the cargo company.

 

Delivery Costs 

The shipping fee will be paid by the Buyer as a rule and is added to the total amount of the order. So much so that Evly may not reflect the entire shipping fee or part of the campaign to the BUYer, depending on the outcome of the campaigns it carries out at the time of sale and/or declares its terms on the Site. In addition, for products returned by the Buyer using the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee may be reflected to the Buyer.
